Event Registration & Refund Policy
- Adult, Member: $15
- Adult, Non-Member: $25
- Youth to 18 years old: $5
- Children 5 and under: free
No mundane family of four (two adult and two paying children will be required to pay for more than three adult member fees. ($40 for members, $60 for non-members)
Reservations
Paypal reservations are here – or – feel free to come to Barleycon and pay at the gate.
Mail Reservations: When sending reservations by mail please include the following information for each person you are reserving for:
- Legal/mundane name
- SCA name
- SCA member number and proof of membership (if applicable)
- Specific type of reservation being made (Adult Member, Adult non-member, or Youth 5-17)
- Email address and cell phone number for reservation confirmation and communication.

Event Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued if the event does not make a profit.
- Refunds are available but must be requested via email, text message, or letter postmarked to the Event Steward and/or Reservations Clerk at least 48 hours before the event.
- If payment was made using PayPal, PayPal fees will be deducted from any refund issued.
- Extenuating circumstances will be viewed on a case-by-case basis by the Event Steward.
